Ruler

Here my code:

which gives this:

I took a look to en:Template:Graphic rule and I saw that I simply wrote again an existing code (only adding two parameters) :-( .... I presume it's not what you are asking from me. Let me think a little more, there are a couple of tricks to drag to have a better result... Alex, this is wonderful. It's what I am looking for and you are on the right track, so please go on developing. In addition to my deeply felt gratitude for your efforts, you are hereby raised to my Pantheon of the great gems of Italy, like Benvenuto Cellini, Fra Luca Pacioli, Giuseppe Garibaldi, Alberto Moravia, and the many thousands that I cannot list here because of lack of Wikipedia storage space, but let's not leave out Sophia Loren. :-)

Year to Century converter

Take a look to this, just built:

* The century of year 1897 is {{secolo|1897}}.
* The century of year 234 a.c. (t.i. B.C.) is {{secolo|234 a.c.}}

• The century of year 1897 is XIX secolo.
• The century of year 234 a.c. (t.i. B.C.) is III secolo a.C.

Isn't it nice? If you like is really simple to translate into English (secolo-> century, a.c. -> B.C.)--Alex brollo (disc.) 09:16, 1 gen 2010 (CET)
